Our Friendly Front desk Person will meet you and hand out a Repair agreement form for you to read and sign, Our Diagnostic Fee is $149.99 dollars Per Hour. Depending on the complex of the issue, will need minimum of 1 Hour to perform our basic diagnostic, If more time is needed will contact the customer 1st for authorization of a second hour. 

 

1. Vehicle gets a full report of Diagnostic Trouble Codes from all of the systems available from your particular vehicle. 

 

2. Our Technician will analyze codes that we retrieve from diagnostic report. Vehicle is taken to the 2 post or 4 post lift to perform an undercarriage inspection.  

 

3. If needed Our tech will perform one or multiple of this test, Road test, Hydraulic Pressure tests, Record movie data with scan tool, Remove transmission oil pan and Cut open your transmission oil filter. After collecting all of this information, based on results, we will determine failure and repair solutions, We will create an estimated cost of repairs. 

 

4. You will get a phone call, text or email with diagnostic results and repair estimated cost. ( You Customer ) will accept or decline via text or phone call or in person if you like to proceed with repair. 

 

5. If repairs are decline you will be responsible for the diagnostic Fee you have agreed and authorize, If repairs are approved most turnaround time is between 4 to 8 business days depending on the vehicle brand repair magnitude and availability of parts.

6.During our in work progress, if there is adicional problems visibly we will contact ( Customer ) with further details.

 

6. We will try our best to keep you updated with the progress of your vehicle repairs

7. Once your vehicle repairs are completed we will call to notified of repairs completion.
